My name is Claudia but sometimes go by clau and I cannot wait to start your new hair care journey together 🫶 I created Define Beauty with the concept of allowing women to be their true authentic self; by helping them find, enhance, and explore their own definition of beauty. I am an independent all inclusive hairstylist. My extensive training from Gene Juarez Academy enables me to focus on creating custom looks and giving my guest a one of a kind experience. I specialize and welcome all textures creating modern looks. As your preferred stylist my goal is that you leave my chair with gained confidence and knowledge on the importance of high quality hair care. I use a wide range of top of the line products to ensure that I can take care of anyone who sits in my chair. I strongly believe in building trust through educating my guest, and that at the end of each service, they feel confident that sitting in my chair was an investment in themselves. Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATIONS I ask for a 72 hour notice to make any changes and/or rescheduling an appointment. A cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service will be charged if you cancel, make changes, or reschedule within the 72 hour window of your scheduled appointment. A cancellation fee of 100% of the scheduled appointment will be charged if the appointment is no showed or cancelled day of. All future appointments will be cancelled until fees are paid in full. I will charge the card on file or you will receive a digital payment request in the total amount due. Once received, we can move forward to getting you rescheduled. LATE ARRIVALS In order to receive the best possible service. Arrivals 15 minutes or later than the scheduled appointment time may result in an automatic cancellations and will be charged 100% of the booked service fee. DEPOSITS Deposit on all color services will be collected as of 1/1/2025. Please be aware that deposits are non refundable. If you book a color service and end up having to cancel, keep in mind that I can reschedule the appointment if I am being notified 72 hours in advance and the deposit can be transferred to that rescheduled appointment only once. If I am not notified and appointment is not reschedule, the deposit will be forfeited.
